I participated in July 2019, in Spain, more precisely in Pais Vasco, in the «Educational-Tourist Tour 2019» under the aegis of the Invictus European Students Services Foundation ‘IESS’. For me it was a truly extraordinary experience because it allowed me not only to broaden my knowledge in International Law, International Relations and Parliamentary Procedure, but also to see other horizons and especially to meet extraordinary people.

As a young ambassador representing the Youth Ambassadors of France in Haiti and as an executive of Foreign Affairs and Cults, I had the chance to prove my competence as a young person engaged in my participation in a training in Public International Law, parliamentary procedures and good governance in Pais Vasco, Spain. An experience that reveals the importance of living together as a community, the national solidarity among the participants in the delegation and the other that enhances our Academic knowledge in International Law. In short, an experience to never forget, an experience to really want to renew for the well-being of knowledge and individual knowledge.

I’m Gaëlle Hillary Fortuné, a graduate student in International Relations.
